Pastor Kyle Parson

Growing up in a small county town Sandy creek outside of El Campo,Tx on a rice farm was life. I had a favorite tree I loved
to lay under and look up to the sky. I tried to look beyond the clouds to see if I could see God through the clouds,
wondering if he's up there. I always heard about this God but never knew if he existed. I grew up wanting to know him more. I was invited to church in Houston Tx and there I met the one I was trying to see through the clouds but something happened.
The one I was looking for in the sky came down
and moved inside my heart. He took over my life and my
heart, not only that he called me to preach the word of God and to demonstrate the love and compassion of the kingdom of God. I’ve been in ministry now for 20 years, pastoring for 3 years and moving forward into the things God has for me.

Hello I'm Pastor Kathrine Parson of AOTHM. I am the granddaughter of the late Reverend Manual Washington Senior, Pastor of Christian Baptist Church Beaumont, Texas, My parents Manuel and Vergie Washington junior moved to Houston Texas where I was born and raised. My family attended Lakewood church under the direction of the late Pastor John Osteen for 11 years.
I met my husband Kyle Parson an we began our life and ministry journey in 1998. We attended leadership classes through Restoring Souls outreach where we both became certified Christian Counselors and soon after became ordained Pastors in 2018. AOTHM was birth out of proverbs 4: 20-23 (NLT) through prayer in the spirit. My heart is to see people's lives changed through the power of the Holy Spirit an the word of God. I believe we need both word and spirit that makes all the difference in the lives of God's people.

Hello, My name Is Ashley Bailey and I am the Executive Pastor and Head Administrator of AOTHC. I have known Jesus all my life, but I can honestly say that the older I get, the more I fall in love with him as a real person. He is truly my number one love.
Even though Jesus is the number one man in my life, my husband is near and dear to my heart. We have been married for 7 years and have two beautiful daughters, Londyn and Asia.
My husband and I were Youth Pastors for 6 years before transitioning to Executive Pastors at AOTHC. We are both not only lovers of Christ, but lovers of youth. This ministry is rooted and grounded in love and we are so honored to have you be a part of this wonderful journey where we not only share the word, but share Jesus's love to all partners.

Hello, I'm minister Dom Bailey I'm one of AOTHC's pastors who values commitment, service and excellence. My heart is to empower God's people to release their untapped potential and offer the soul work of Christ to the body of Christ.
My Wife and I, got married in September 2016. We have two beautiful children: Londyn and Asia.

My name is Justin Parson. I am a senior executive Pastor of AOTHC. I was born and raised in Houston Texas. When I graduated Highschool I felt God calling me to move to Shreveport Louisiana. There I fell even more in Love with God than ever before. I found myself surrounded by friends who eventually became my family and together we saw 100s if not thousands of young people come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
A few years later my wife came into my life and we now are apart of a program that helps children with autism grow into their full potential in Christ Jesus so that they can be helpful contributors to society. I've been in ministry now all my life and there is nothing like it. Seeing the kingdom of God invade the lives of so many, is a longing that will never be extinguished on the inside of me. For His Glory Alone In Him we Preach
My name is Jeannine Parson. I am an executive Senior Pastor of AOTHC. I was born in Virginia, lived in Colorado and raised in Marshall Tx. I felt God calling me one day to move to Shreveport to get closer to Him after running from Him in my teenage years. This began a beautiful journey that I didn't expect. God made Himself known to me in ways so glorious.
After living in Shreveport Louisiana for some years I met my husband and gained the wonderful opportunity to join this team and become apart of a wonderful family. My husband and I are now full time Pastors and helpers to children who have autism. Everyday we are speaking life and identity into them and everyday we see Miracles that follow the Word spoken. I am honored to be apart of a greater purpose and excited to do life with you. For His Glory alone in all things.
